Invoice Data: Customer names, addresses, product/service descriptions, pricing, dates, and invoice numbers

Payment Information: Bank account details for display on invoices (we do not process payments directly)
API Credentials: If you choose to integrate payment gateways (ToyyibPay, PayPal), you may provide API keys

Our app collects minimal technical information:

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting
Usage Data: Feature usage statistics to improve the app (no personal identification)

            Important: Invoice Simple does NOT collect, transmit, or store your data on external servers. All your invoice data is stored locally on your device.
        

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

Create, manage, and generate professional invoices
Display your business information on generated invoices
Enable optional payment gateway integrations (when you provide API keys)
Improve app functionality and user experience
Provide customer support when requested

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All invoice data, customer information, and business details are stored exclusively on your device using secure local storage mechanisms. This includes:

SQLite database for structured data
Secure device storage for images and documents
Encrypted storage for sensitive information like API keys

3.2 Cloud Backup (Optional)

If you enable device backup features (iCloud, Google Drive backup), your data may be included in those automatic backups according to your device settings. These backups are controlled by Apple/Google, not by Invoice Simple.

3.3 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures:

Encryption of sensitive data at rest
Secure communication protocols (HTTPS) for API integrations
Regular security updates and patches
No transmission of data to third-party servers (except payment gateways you explicitly configure)

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Payment Gateways

If you choose to integrate payment gateways, you are subject to their privacy policies:

When you provide API keys for these services, they are stored securely on your device. Invoice Simple does not have access to your payment gateway credentials.

Invoice Simple does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Payment Processing: When you configure payment gateways, transaction data is sent directly to those services according to your settings

You have complete control over your data:

Access: All your data is accessible within the app at any time
Modification: Edit or delete any invoice, customer, or business information directly in the app
Export: Export invoices as PDF or other formats for your records
Deletion: Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data from your device
Opt-Out: You can choose not to integrate payment gateways or disable any optional features

7. Children's Privacy

Invoice Simple is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through our app, please contact us immediately.

8. International Users

Invoice Simple is designed for users worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device, data transfer concerns are minimal. If you use payment gateway integrations, data may be transmitted to service providers in various countries according to their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes through:
